Tiger Stakes 60 inch × 1.125 inch — deep-drive marquee stake for bigtop and festival tent primary anchors

Both are on the 29mm shaft; the 60" is 311mm longer, for the softest or most waterlogged ground and the highest pull-out requirements — bigtop and festival tent primary anchors, storm anchoring on exposed sites. Where that extra depth isn't needed, the 48" gives strong holding in a shorter, easier-to-handle length.

No — length only helps if the stake can reach full depth. Where there's rock or another obstruction at shallow depth, a 60" is no better than a shorter stake: it cannot be driven past the obstruction. In that ground, shorter stakes (30" or 36") in a gang arrangement with a spreader bar are the correct approach, not a longer single stake.
