For trade buyers — EORI exchange, zero-rated VAT
Most of our European customers are trade. Marquee hire companies, structure manufacturers, festival operators. The export process is straightforward when both parties are VAT-registered.
We zero-rate VAT at our end. You account for it under reverse charge in your own country, the way you would for any UK→EU B2B transaction. We hold an EORI number and exchange EORI details, issue a commercial invoice with HS tariff codes and country of origin, and ship from our Yorkshire stock.
Lead times to Ireland and across mainland Europe are typically 3–5 working days, depending on country and carrier. If you are new to importing from the UK post-Brexit, we will talk you through the documentation when you enquire. We do this every week.

Pricing and currency
Our base pricing is in GBP and our default invoice currency is GBP. We are happy to quote in EUR using the daily Bank of England rate. If your accounting system expects a specific FX date or rate source, tell us when you enquire.
Some of our smaller items carry public prices on the product pages — the Wacker petrol stake driver and the stake driving cup. The stakes themselves are quoted by enquiry, because volume and structure type affect pricing.

How does VAT work for VAT-registered businesses in the EU?
