Hogan Stakes UK supplies premium marquee stakes from our Yorkshire stock to trade and direct buyers in Ireland. We handle the export documentation as standard — we've set ourselves up to make exporting straightforward and easy for our business customers.
For trade buyers — EORI exchange and zero-rated VAT
Most of our Irish customers are trade. Marquee hire companies, structure manufacturers, festival operators. The export process is straightforward when both parties are VAT-registered.
We zero-rate VAT at our end. You account for it under reverse charge in your own VAT return, the way you would for any UK→EU B2B transaction. We hold an EORI number, exchange EORI details, issue a commercial invoice with HS tariff codes and country of origin, and ship from Yorkshire.

If you are buying as a consumer rather than a registered business, we can supply you too. Your carrier will collect import VAT and any duty at the point of delivery.

Pricing and currency
Our base pricing is in GBP. We are happy to quote in EUR using the daily Bank of England rate. If your accounting requires a specific FX date, tell us when you enquire. The Wacker petrol stake driver and stake driving cup carry public prices; the stakes themselves are quoted by enquiry.
Standards we reference
Most operators we work with reference UK standards — MUTA for marquee installation, EN 14960 for inflatables. See our EN 14960 anchoring guide. If you need documentation for inspection or certification, ask when you enquire.
