Tiger Stakes 48 inch × 1.125 inch — heavy-duty marquee stake for high-load and soft ground positions

All three share the 29mm shaft. The 42" × 1.125" is 149mm shorter, for clearspan base plates and sailcloth primaries where that embedment is enough. The 60" × 1.125" is 311mm longer, for the highest pull-out requirements and the softest ground. The 48" sits between — primary anchor positions on large marquees and stretch tent configurations needing more than the 42" but not the full 60".

When the ground is soft, waterlogged or otherwise short on holding power per metre of embedment — the extra 311mm of the 60" gives meaningfully more depth. Or when the structural specification calls for maximum available pull-out resistance regardless of ground. For most large marquee and stretch tent primary positions, the 48" delivers enough embedment without the extra length.

The 48″ (1219mm × 29mm) Tiger Stake is designed for high-load anchor positions where the 42″ provides insufficient embedment — including large clearspan structures on exposed or soft ground, heavy temporary buildings, and applications where the structural engineer's specification requires extended driving depth.
