Our Business

Hogan Stakes UK is the sole authorised UK distributor of stakes and accessories manufactured by Hogan Manufacturing, Inc. (USA). We operate as a trading and distribution business, sourcing products from our single manufacturing partner and supplying them to the UK events and hire industry.

Our Supply Chain

Our supply chain is focused and transparent. The Tiger Stakes and accessories we supply are manufactured by Hogan Manufacturing in the United States. We have a direct commercial relationship with Hogan Manufacturing and confidence in their operations and manufacturing standards.

We do not manufacture goods, operate production facilities, or engage sub-contractors in the manufacture of our products.

Our Commitment

OSA Ltd is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. We operate a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain.

We expect the same commitment from our business partners and suppliers.

Due Diligence

We carry out due diligence on our supply chain appropriate to the scale and nature of our business. We maintain a direct relationship with our sole manufacturing partner and are satisfied that their operations do not involve modern slavery or human trafficking.

Training and Awareness

All staff within OSA Ltd are made aware of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, and of their responsibility to report any concerns. Any concerns identified will be escalated immediately.

This statement covers the financial year ending 2026. It has been approved by the directors of OSA Ltd.
